This High Quality Rocker & Wobble Balance Boards are Functional, Durable, Affordable and Used by Professionals.


Start with the Rocker Board for basic balance work, then progress to the adjustable Wobble Boards for intermediate and advanced exercises.  

The tops of both boards are covered with grip tape to prevent slipping.Both boards also include exercise instructions.

The Rocker Board (Square shape)
  • Now allows for one plane of instability and is adjustable to three different angles: 10, 12 and 15 degrees. The max tilt angle is 16 degrees.
  • The Rocker Board is 20" and made of extra-strong laminated birch that holds up to 500 lbs.
  • The Rocker Board base is adjustable and tilts and rocks to challenge balance and proprioception of the patient or athlete. 

    • The Wobble Board (round shape)

  • Two sizes, 16" and 20".
  • The adjustable 16" Wobble Board is excellent for those with good balance who are seeking a challenge. Tilt angles for the 16" are 15, 17 and 20 degrees.
  • The adjustable 20" Wobble Board is for intermediate to advanced exercises. Tilt angles for the 20" are 10, 12 and 15 degrees.
  • Made of extra-strong laminated birch that holds up to 500 lbs.
  • The base tilts and rocks to challenge balance and proprioception of patient and athlete. 
  • Increase or decrease difficulty of the Wobble Board by raising or lowering height.
  • Each Wobble Board has three height adjustments.

    We use this in combination with dumbbells , medicine balls, and kettlebells. Perfect for core training.
