Details

The Bullet Belt is an effective resistance training device with a revolutionary release mechanism. The Bullet Belt provides excellent resistance for start and acceleration drills. The Bullet Belt Partner Pack has an extra belt to shorten the wait time between users.


Bullet Belt Features:


  • Waist belt attaches to breakaway strap that has Velcro on both sides. Coach/trainer holds the strap with one hand to apply resistance and uses his/her other hand to release runner.
  • Use "POP" Method to improve explosive starts and jumps. Athlete's movement releases Velcro strap immediately.
  • Use "RIP" Method to overload a phase during the run. Trainer restrains the athlete until he/she wants breakaway to occur, then pulls on release cable. Athlete rips the Velcro away within three steps.
  • Includes carry bag.
